How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping time depends on your location. All of our products ship out of Ontario. In general, it can take one to two business weeks for purchase orders to arrive at their destination. All orders are shipped using tracked delivery, which allows customers to monitor the progress of their packages. Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers when a shipping label is created.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We are able to ship products to all provinces and territories in Canada, however at this time we do not offer international shipping. Please provide a valid Canadian shipping address at checkout to ensure your purchases reach you in a timely manner.

What is your return policy? 

Many of the products we sell come with manufacturer warranties. This information will be included in the product listing. If your product is defective or you experience performance issues, we encourage you to make use of these manufacturer warranties to have the product replaced or repaired. For all other issues, we accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase. To process a return, please contact us and include your order number so that we can process your request.
